Register, complete, and submit the information on the next screens. Once you have access to the AmeriHealth Caritas Pennsylvania member portal, you can review your private health care information about:

Your health care providers.
Health services that you have received.
Prescription drugs that you take.

Access to your private information through the AmeriHealth Caritas Pennsylvania member portal is meant only for you. All members must sign up separately to get their own information.

Your Member ID number is located on your ID card. Please refer to the image below for help.
